Our first significant wind of the trip. Typically it was SW which is the direction we were headed. Mostly it was about 25knots, so we sailed with 2 reefs and made a couple of tacks to reach Helford.

It was also raining, and halfway across our new B&G Zeus2 chart plotter appeared to simply die. This was for the second time - the first had been before it was fully commissioned. As it had recovered we were keeping a watching eye and this repeat was therefore more worrying.

We anchored for the night in the lee of the wind on the south bank of the river. It is amazing how calm it feels when you get out of the swell and with just a little protection from the wind.
